Recently, multiple Trina Green Hydrogen Tianqing Series 1000Nm³/h alkaline electrolyzers have completed production, testing, and were successfully shipped and delivered to a major domestic green hydrogen-ammonia-alcohol project. This concentrated delivery exemplifies Trina Green Hydrogen's large-scale production and efficient delivery capabilities, while its outstanding product performance has earned high praise from customers, further solidifying Trina Green Hydrogen's leading position in the global green hydrogen equipment sector.

The 1,000 standard cubic meter alkaline electrolyzers delivered this time are the flagship product of Trina Hydrogen's second-generation "Tianqing" series, specifically customized for large-scale wind and solar renewable energy hydrogen production. The equipment features skid-mounted modular design with high integration and flexible deployment. Leveraging independently developed high-electrode-density technology, it achieves stable commercial operation at 3,500A/m², leading the industry in DC power consumption and maintaining top-tier core performance metrics. Additionally, the system boasts a wide load adjustment range of 30%-110%, enabling adaptation to intermittent green power sources like wind and solar, ensuring efficient, stable, and economical operation of the hydrogen production system.

The efficient achievement of this batch delivery relies on TrinaHydrogen's globally leading intelligent manufacturing system. The Yangzhou base of the company has an industry-leading alkaline electrolysis cell production line with a level of intelligence. The first phase has built a production capacity of 1GW, and the plan is to increase it to 4GW by 2030. The production line integrates cutting-edge technologies such as automation control, acoustic photoelectric detection, AI visual algorithms, and big data cloud platforms. From precision machining of core components, intelligent assembly of electrolysis cells, to rigorous factory testing and quality inspection, the entire process is digitally controlled to ensure consistent performance, reliable quality, and timely delivery of each equipment. In the face of this batch of orders, the company ensured the delivery cycle with its mature flexible production system and efficient supply chain collaboration, fully demonstrating its  manufacturing capabilities in handling large-scale orders.

During the delivery process, the Trina Green Hydrogen project team worked efficiently and responded quickly throughout the entire process. Excellent teamwork skills have been demonstrated in the early stages of technical solution integration, order scheduling, production manufacturing, factory inspection, and logistics shipping. In the future, Trina Green Hydrogen will also provide on-site installation guidance, debugging training, and operation and maintenance support, providing customers with one-stop services throughout the entire lifecycle.
