On December 23rd, after strict evaluation and public disclosure procedures, Jiangsu Trina Green Hydrogen Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Trina Green Hydrogen") successfully selected the Tianqing series alkaline hydrogen production equipment for the first major equipment list of Suzhou Wuxi Changzhou in 2024.

In response to the call of the country to accelerate the construction of an independent and controllable advanced manufacturing system and promote high-quality development of the manufacturing industry, Suzhou, Wuxi, and Changzhou have jointly formulated relevant measures to encourage and guide equipment enterprises to vigorously carry out technological innovation and actively participate in the research and development of the first (set) of major equipment. Enterprises shortlisted for the first major equipment must achieve significant breakthroughs in variety, specifications, or technical parameters through research and development innovation, possess independent intellectual property rights for the international or domestic first high-end equipment and key components, and achieve domestically leading or internationally advanced performance or core technical indicators for similar equipment.
The Tianqing series alkaline electrolysis water hydrogen production equipment selected this time is independently developed by Trina Green Hydrogen, and has the characteristics of safety, reliability, stable low load, long service life, full load guarantee, and high quality and efficiency. It has a wide power fluctuation hydrogen production capacity of 30% -110%, with a 30% increase in current density compared to conventional products, achieving a dual breakthrough in energy efficiency and performance, fully meeting the requirements of the first major equipment. At present, Trina Green Hydrogen has achieved landmark breakthroughs in product autonomy and controllability, core technology mastery, design and manufacturing technology, and other aspects.

As of now, the 1GW automated production line of Trina Green Hydrogen's Yangzhou production and research and development base has been fully put into operation, and the products have won multiple honors and passed Beijing Zhonghuan Quality and Safety Certification, TUV South Germany, CE Certification, Hydrogen Alliance's "Leader Whitelist", Bureau Veritas and other certifications.
This successful selection is a recognition of the company's technological innovation capability and also reflects Trina Green Hydrogen's technological leadership and innovation ability in the major equipment field in the Suzhou Wuxi Changzhou region.
